Exchange Policy

ALL ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE ARE STORE CREDIT EXCHANGES ONLY 

 

All items must be returned to us in the condition they were received in. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and deodorant, perfume, and smoke free. All original tags must be attached

 We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:

  • Sale Items

  • Shoes
  • Gift Sets 

  • All Skincare + Beauty Items

  • Candles 

  • Accessories (e.g. jewelry, purses, hats, hair accessoires) 

  • Items purchased with a discount code or temporary sale of 15% off or more

 

All items must be brought in-store or post marked back to ShopCaffeinated.com or Caffeinated Beauty Bar within 7 days of being purchased or delivered to you. We will use the delivery date from the USPS tracking link provided at the time of delivery for shipped items. Any items sent back to us that are not in-compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. 

 

Please include your packing slip in your return package. If you do not have your order number, email cbbaria@gmail.com. 

 

The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return labels. Please send returns to:

Once the item is received, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. 

 

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email hello@shopcaffeinated.com within 5 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number. 

 

Lost Packages: Caffeinated Beauty Bar is not liable for USPS First Class Mail packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund. Please email hello@shopcaffeinated.com for assistance in filing a claim on your item with USPS.

 

Holiday Return Policy: Orders placed from November 23rd - December 24th can be returned for store credit until January 3, 2021. ;

Additional Return Details: After the item has been worn, it is yours for good. Caffeinated Beauty Bar is not liable for damage that occurs as the item is being worn. As a small business, we have this policy in place to protect ourselves, and you as our customer. We reserve the right to refuse a returned item that was reported damaged if the items show any sign of wear or missing tags.  

 

Incorrect/Missing Orders: We triple check every order before it goes out the door, but we are humans and mistakes happen. If you happen to receive the wrong item, or are missing an item let us know by emailing shopcaffeinated@gmail.com with your invoice number and the name of the item that is wrong. All reports must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, or it will not be accepted. We will send you a prepaid return label to ship back the incorrect item. Once you have received the label, please send back the incorrect item as soon as possible so that we can ship you the correct item. 

 

Price Adjustments: We are sorry but we are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions, discounts or markdowns. Adjustments cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated. During promotions, please make sure your discount is applied to the order total prior to completing your order.

 

Shopped In-Store, But Returning By Mail: If you make a purchase at Caffeinated Beauty Bar, then need to return it by shipping it please be sure to include the receipt. Items returned from the store that do not have the tags attached will not be accepted.
